The personal data mentioned in this document are collected in view of the handling of losses undergone by you as a part of the abovementioned accident. These data will be used in the files necessary to the handling, as well as in the SYBAN general file with respect to this accident. We will also be allowed to use these data to provide you with information or to let you have a communication that could affect you. You are allowed to ask us to communicate the personal data mentioned in these files on payment of a contribution of 3,00 EUR. If these data should be wrong or if the data shouldn't be important, you are also allowed to ask these to be modified, deleted or forbidden to use. Such a request must be written addressed -dated and signed - to SYBAN, Fileholder, de Meeûssquare 29, 1000 Brussels. You can also consult the public register of automatized handling of personal data, held to the Private life protection Commission (Ministry of Justice, Place Poelart 3, 1000 Brussels). Warning Any fraud or attempt to fraud that we could suffer from, will not only lead to the recovery of the payments possibly made by us, but will also lead to penal prosecution on the basis of Article 496 of the Penal Code.
