The process of registering for an accident follows these steps :

1. Personal information : Add all personal data regarding the victim.
2. Registration of family members : Information about other family members affected by the accident.
   Important : For the purpose of accident registration, all members to be registered as part of the same family must be domiciled at the same address.
3. Workplace accident details : To be filled in if the accident occurred while the victim was at work or on the way to or from work.
4. Accident information : Location of the victim at the moment of the accident, and chronology.
5. Bodily injuries : Medical details of the victim.
6. Material damage : List of belongings lost or damaged during the nuclear accident.
