Victim of a nuclear accident, What to do ? European Institute at Geel  Development reactor of the State University at Ghent In case you, or your company, have suffered a damage following an accident in one of the abovementioned nuclear installations, SYBAN asks you to carefully collect any relevant paper needed (medical certificate, detailed assessment of the material damage, etc.) and to fill up a loss registration form. This form is, in case of accident, at your disposal at the website of SYBAN. It can be directly filled up from your computer, after which it will be automatically registered in the central database of SYBAN. The loss registration form can also be printed from the same website and then be forwarded, once filled up, by mail, by fax, etc. only to following address : address de Meeûssquare 29 B-1000 Brussels Tel: +32.2.503.01.90 Fax:+32.2.503.04.40  secretariat@syban.be No matter how the loss registration has been sent to SYBAN, the latter will confirm the registration and will communicate the name of the insurance company, which will manage the file. The appointed insurance company will get in touch with the victim for the handling of his file. SYBAN will take care that the files of family members living under the same roof be regrouped within the same company.
